A conduit case is a case where the regular monthly mortgage payment is paid to the bank as part of the Chapter 13 plan payment. If you are making your mortgage payment as part of your chapter 13 plan, you have a conduit case.  Margaret Katucki is the case manager for conduit cases.

If you do not have a mortgage payment, or you make the regular mortgage payment directly to the bank, you do not have a conduit case. Jody Brown is the case manager for non-conduit cases.
